The Passing of Nilesh Patel

Richie Hawtin posted on Facebook that Nilesh Patel from The Exchange Mastering Studios had passed away. Sounds like Nilesh had a big part in the Plastikman sound and will be surely missed.

My encounter with Nilesh comes from his mastering work on the Lost and Found EP. I feel fortunate that I was able to work with Nilesh at least once in my career and he will live on through our music.

My condolences go out to the Patel family, and Nilesh - thanks for accepting my work. It add a tremendous new dimension to the vision behind Memorable Changes and Forgotten Evils.
